SNOOKER/DIGEST:World number 46 Jamie Burnett became the seventh Scottish player to compile a competitive maximum break as he beat China's Liu Song 4-3 during the Royal London Watches Grand Prix qualifiers at Prestatyn yesterday.

Fergal O'Brien defeated fellow Dubliner Michael Judge 4-1, while Wexford's Rodney Goggins defeated Belgian Kevin van Hove (Bel) 4-1.
