Sporting Fingal 2 Limerick FC 2:HOLDERS SPORTING Fingal must face a replay against Limerick on Monday after they conceded a 92nd-minute equaliser to the First Division club in last night's fourth-round tie at Morton Stadium.

Stephen O’Flynn scrambled home in injury-time after Fingal failed to clear a free-kick lofted in by John Tierney. Limerick had played the final 18 minutes with 10 men after Shane Tracy had been dismissed for two bookable offences.

Ronan Finn put the holders ahead in the fourth minute with a composed finish past exposed Limerick goalkeeper Dave Ryan after linking with Gary O’Neill.

The home side went further ahead in the 19th minute after Conan Byrne finished brilliantly from a tight angle with a stunning volley from a Shaun Williams pass.
