Leeds have also made it to the last eight, but manager David O'Leary insists his side will be motivated. "I honestly thought we would be going into this game trying to stay in the competition, so the fact we've already qualified is a tribute to the players," said O'Leary.

"The bottom line now is we want to win this game. I enjoy beating Italian clubs because they play in a great league and Lazio is a great club.

"So I would personally like to beat them at Elland Road and get another victory against them."

O'Leary welcomes back Danny Mills from suspension but Lee Bowyer is still banned and skipper Lucas Radebe is missing because of a knee injury sustained during last week's defeat in Madrid.
