Ryder Cup heroes Nick Faldo and Jesper Parnevik stayed neckand-neck at the front of the Johnnie Walker Super Tour after the second round in Bangkok yesterday. Both scored 67s in the first round in Jakarta and followed up with one-under-par 71s at the Panya Indra Golf Club.

The pair opened up a twostroke lead over South Africa's Ernie Els, who also hit a 71 - after physio treatment on a bad neck - and is just one stroke ahead of Philippines hero Felix Casas, who registered the same score. However, it was hard going for Ian Woosnam, who shot a 74.

The tour moves to Boracay in the Philippines today for the third round at the Fairways and Bluewater Resort club. The £210,000 challenge finishes on Sunday in Taiwan.
