The champions led by 2-3 to 1-3 at the break and pulled away in the second-half to hold on to their crown. The opening period was thrilling with three goals inside nine minutes with Dara Cooney netting for the champions after less than two minutes.
Mercy Colleges briefly hit the front when Shane Caulfield pointed and Jason Flynn fired home a goal.
But Presentation replied with a first-time strike from Michael Mullins. They wrapped up the issue when Cathal Keane blasted home a 43rd-minute penalty and Christopher Bannon sealed the win with their fourth goal 10 minutes from time.
