Leinster will have Ireland internationals Shane Horgan and Malcolm O'Kelly back in the fold ahead of their Magner's Celtic League clash with Connacht at the Sportsground on Friday.
The pair have been named in Michael Cheika's squad for the top versus bottom clash, along with Luke Fitzgerald, Shane Jennings and Kevin McLaughlin.
O'Kelly's return is some consolation for the shoulder injury to Leo Cullen, whose form in a Leinster jersey since his return from Leicester. Trevor Hogan is also included after emerging unscathed from the Cardiff game following a four-month lay-off.
Openside flanker and Player of the Month Keith Gleeson is also named, while Chris Keane, Stephen Knoop and Ronan McCormack will be eager to line-up against their former team.
Outhalf Felipe Contepomi knows that despite the fact Connacht are propping up the table, his side are in for a full blooded encounter.
"When you play against a team like Connacht the important thing that you have to remember is that they are a passionate team that plays with great pride," said the Argentinean.
"Though they have some really talented individuals who we have to be wary of such as Gavin Duffy, Johnny O'Connor and Mel Deane, their real strength is in how they perform as a unit. They have increased their squad over the last two years and it's clear that they are improving as a team.
"It is a crucial time for us and we want to nail the league after missing out on the final day of the last two seasons," added the man with 65 league caps to his name. "We are targeting each game on an individual basis and though it has been a good break in terms of playing matches week in week out, we are working hard to stay at the top of the Magners League."
Acadamy prospects Fionn Carr, Felix Jones and Eoin O'Malley are also included in the squad. Scrumhalf Chris Whitaker is captain in the absence of centre Brian O'Driscoll.
Connacht coach Michael Bradley will name his squad tomorrow, knowing whoever he selects will have to be on top of their game. However, the former Ireland international believes home advantage will play a big part in deciding the match.
"They (Leinster) have taken a clear lead on top of the table and had a very good win last time out in the Magners League against Cardiff", he said. "Leinster will be coming here looking to push their advantage but both sides will be looking for a lot out of the fixture."
"Leinster's visits to Galway have always produced close, exciting rugby. It's a local derby and we always look forward to the contests against the other provinces.
"We've run Leinster very close over the last couple of years including last year at home so there¹ll be no surprises in store for either side. We know each other very well and we know it's going to be a tough game. They'll be missing a number of players but we still expect it to be very tight.
"We'll be looking to press our home advantage and hopefully we'll come out on the right side of the scoreline," he added.
