Emerging Ireland coach Allen Clark has made six changes from the victory over Georgia for tomorrow's clash against a South Africa President's XV at the IRB Tbilisi Cup.

The Leinster pairing of Brendan Macken and Noel Reid form a new midfield partnership, with Eoin Griffin and Michael Allen named on the bench, while the other change in the backline sees Leinster scrumhalf come in for Ulster's Michael Heaney.

Niall Annett replaces his Ulster team-mate Rob Herring at hooker, while Ian Nagle replaces Lewis Stevenson in the secondrow after the Ulster player returned home due to illness.

Munster’s Dave O’Callaghan has been named on the bench after being called in as a replacement for Stevenson.
