Pat Lam has made five changes ahead of the Pacific Islands autumn international against Ireland this Sunday which will be the last rugby encounter to be held at Lansdowne Road in its current state.

The Pacific Island pack shows the biggest changes with Justin Va'a and Aleki Lutui coming into the front row, while Ma'ama Molitika and Hale T'Pole take their place in the back row.

In the back line Kemili Ratuvou was named on the left wing with Seru Rabeni of Leicester at centre.

Viliami Vaki, who was suspended for three weeks yesterday, misses the game.
