Having disposed of tenants Shamrock Rovers to reach the second round of the Harp Lager FAI Cup, Shelbourne were handed a trip to neighbours Bohemians in the draw for the second round which was made in Dublin last night.

The match, which will take place at Dalymount Park during the first weekend of February, is the only one of the eight second round ties to definitely involve two Premier Division teams although depending on how this week's replays go there could be a couple more.

Should Dundalk overcome Dave Connell's Limerick at the second attempt they will be involved in a highly attractive clash with 1995 Cup winners Derry City while Dublin non-league outfit Belgrove now stand between last year's semi-finalists Finn Harps and current holders Cork City.

The replays of the five first round ties which were drawn over the weekend will take place over the next couple of days. Dundalk's game against Limerick, Galway's match with Drogheda and Rockmount's visit to Belfield Park will all take place tomorrow evening while Garda take on Cobh Ramblers at Westmanstown on Wednesday afternoon (1.45) and Belgrove, who have conceded home advantage in their replay with Finn Harps, will play again in Ballybofey that evening.
