Turkish club Besiktas paid out a whopping £12 million for French striker Pascal Nouma last summer, but they're not exactly getting their money's worth. Since his move from Lens, Nouma has not been a happy bunny and even managed to get himself arrested for walloping a photographer. Besiktas would very much like their man to concentrate on on-the-field matters (specifically the art of scoring goals), but Nouma, it appears, has more important things on his mind. Complaining about the split in the Besiktas camp between the Turkish and foreign players, he explained that divisions were at their worst in the showers after games. "If you're Turkish, you mustn't show your willy," he said. "I think it's against their religion. So all the Muslims have got their shorts on in the showers. It's only the foreign players who go in starkers." His mind's just not on the job, is it?
