Sligo make only one change to the team that beat Kerry in their last National Football League outing for the game against Offaly at Markievicz Park next Sunday. The Sligo selectors have called up Sean Dorrian from Tubbercurry to fill the left corner position and have named Neil Carew from Coolera at left half forward. Forwards Eamon O'Hara and Paul Taylor are both back in the team following injury.

Dublin, meanwhile, may have to do without the Erin's Isle contingent for their National League match against Mongahan at Parnell Park. Erin's Isle meet Castlehaven in the semi-final of the All-Ireland club championship on Sunday week and though they will not, officially, withdraw their players from intercounty duty, they are leaving the matter in the hands of new Dublin manager, Tommy Carr.

Nevertheless, Carr may have to cope with a situation where he would have to do without Erin's Isle players Ciaran O'Hare, Robbie Boyle, Mick Deegan and Keith Barr. Time will tell.

Peter Lombard has been recalled by Tipperary for their league tie against Limerick in Limerick on Sunday. The former interprovincial star who has been out of favour in recent times is named at right corner forward in place of Fethard's Michael Spillane.

Sean Collum is injured and his place in defence goes to Mark Sheehan who is himself returning after injury.

The former All Star, Pat O'Neill, has been recalled to the Kilkenny team for his first game of the year against Offaly in the Walsh Cup semi-final on Sunday.

O'Neill will fill his customary centre-back position in a team that shows many changes from the one which disappointed many supporters in their match against Waterford in the Southeast tournament last weekend.
