Charlton (20) v Bolton (4) Charlton will have defender Djimi Traore available again following a one-match ban

Charlton (20) v Bolton (4) Charlton will have defender Djimi Traore available again following a one-match ban. Striker Darren Bent and midfielder Matt Holland both suffered dead legs in the defeat to Manchester United on Wednesday night, but are expected to be fit. Nicolas Anelka will watch his new team-mates in action at Charlton, and is set to make his debut after the forthcoming international break. Defender Quinton Fortune (ankle) is a fresh injury doubt.

Fulham (18) v Sheff Utd (15)

Fulham boss Chris Coleman is set to name an unchanged side. Denmark midfielder Claus Jensen is still out with a calf injury but will be fit for international duty next weekend. Simon Elliott (calf), Mark Pembridge (Achilles) and Mark Crossley (back) are also unavailable through injury.

Rob Hulse is hoping to recover from the thigh strain which ruled him out of Sheffield United's midweek defeat at Tottenham. Paul Ifill (illness) and Derek Geary (groin) are unlikely to return after being ruled out on the day of the White Hart Lane loss, while Steve Kabba (groin) and Claude Davis (knee) are still out.

Liverpool (13) v West Ham (3)

Jamie Carragher, John Arne Riise and Gabriel Paletta, who missed the midweek Champions League game with Maccabi Haifa, are still sidelined. They have been joined by Mohamed Sissoko (knee) and Stephen Warnock (ankle), while Harry Kewell is out. Liverpool expect to give £10million striker Dirk Kuyt his debut, with young defender Daniel Agger continuing in defence.

Yossi Benayoun (groin) and Lee Bowyer (infected toe) are West Ham's main injury doubts. Matthew Etherington (knee) is still out, leaving manager Alan Pardew short of wide options.

Man City (17) v Arsenal (12)

New Manchester City goalkeeper Andreas Isaksson will miss the next two weeks after being forced to undergo minor ankle surgery. Striker Bernardo Corradi returns from suspension but Dietmar Hamann (foot) and Andy Cole (knee) are still missing, while Hatem Trabelsi is yet to arrive in England after encountering problems gaining a visa for his family.

Arsenal duo Thierry Henry and Jens Lehmann are included after being rested in midweek, but Freddie Ljungberg (ankle) will sit out the trip north. Fit-again summer signing Tomas Rosicky returns to the squad and could make his Barclays Premiership debut, but there is no place again for want-away winger Jose Antonio Reyes — who has a groin injury — or defender Ashley Cole.

Tottenham (11) v Everton (6)

Tottenham have doubts over midfielder Jermaine Jenas (toe) and striker Dimitar Berbatov (ankle). Captain Ledley King is still sidelined after surgery to cure a knee problem.

Everton will be without veteran defender Alan Stubbs at Tottenham tomorrow because of a hamstring problem. Full-back Nuno Valente and centre-back David Weir return following groin injuries and summer signing Joleon Lescott gets the chance to start his first Premiership match.

Watford (14) v Man Utd (1)

Watford will be without goalkeeper Ben Foster. The 23-year-old is on a year's loan at Vicarage Road from United — but the terms of the deal mean is he ineligible to play against Sir Alex Ferguson's side. Manager Adrian Boothroyd must choose whether to play Richard Lee or veteran player-coach Alec Chamberlain in goal, while captain Gavin Mahon has recovered from the illness that forced him off at half-time during the 1-1 draw with West Brom.

Gary Neville (calf) has been ruled out of the trip to Vicarage Road plus England's Euro 2008 qualifiers against Andorra and Macedonia next week. Neville has now been ordered to take a complete rest in the hope of him being fit to face either Tottenham at Old Trafford on September 9 or Arsenal eight days later. Nemanja Vidic has broken his wrist and will not be considered for the Watford trip, where Michael Carrick is expected to make his first competitive start.

Wigan (19) v Reading (10)

Unsettled defender Pascal Chimbonda could reclaim his place in the Wigan squad after a calf injury. The Frenchman may have to settle for a spot on the bench after only returning to training on Thursday.

Centre-back Ibrahima Sonko is suspended following his sending off at Aston Villa in midweek, with Brynjar Gunnarsson expected to pip summer signing Sam Sodje for a place in the starting line-up. Striker Dave Kitson remains sidelined by a knee injury but winger Glen Little should claim a place on the bench after shrugging off a hamstring problem.

Sunday

Aston Villa (5) v Newcastle (8)

Jlloyd Samuel (thigh) is Aston Villa's major injury doubt. Peter Whittingham is his likely replacement after coming off the substitutes' bench to set up the winning goal for skipper Gareth Barry against Reading. Wilfred Bouma and Gary Cahill are still unlikely to be fit and Mark Delaney has been laid low with a virus.

New Newcastle signing Obafemi Martins will go straight into the squad provided his international clearance arrives in time. He could partner Shola Ameobi in attack if the Englishman shakes off the hip and hamstring problems which kept him out of last night's UEFA Cup clash with Ventspils. Goalkeeper Shay Given will return after a back injury, but central defender Craig Moore (knee) remains a doubt.

Blackburn (16) v Chelsea (7)

Chelsea hope to have Arjen Robben and Michael Ballack available. Robben injured himself in the warm-up prior to Chelsea's defeat to Middlesbrough on Wednesday night but should be fit and Ballack has almost fully recovered from a hip injury. Joe Cole remains out with a knee problem and Petr Cech is still recovering from shoulder surgery.

Holland defender Andre Ooijer could come into contention for Blackburn after arriving from PSV Eindhoven. Lucas Neill is available again after being banned for the draw against Everton in midweek.
