Blackburn 1 West Ham 2: Substitute Bobby Zamora scored a controversial winner for West Ham to move the club off the foot of the table with their first victory on the road in the league this season.

Referee Howard Webb ruled that his effort 15 minutes from time had drifted over the line even though Lee Bowyer appeared to be in an offside position.
