Mike Tyson plans to avoid having to admit or deny guilt in court next week when he will face charges of attacking two men in August after a car accident in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
The former world heavyweight champion, due in court next Tuesday, is set to plead "no contest" to the two assault charges. But if the plea is accepted he will be sentenced as if he pleaded guilty - and each second-degree misdemeanour charge carries a maximum of 10 years in prison.
