RUGBY: Ireland captain Keith Wood will be out of rugby for a month with a neck injury, according to his club, English Premiership side Harlequins.

The injury forced Wood to miss Ireland's 63-14 win over Georgia in Dublin last weekend. The Irish team get together again in five weeks' time in order to prepare for the touring Australians, who face Ireland in Lansdowne Road on November 9th, leaving the Irish captain with little time to regain match fitness."We've been told it will take four weeks for Keith, although he will have another assessment in two weeks' time," said Harlequins manager Mike Scott last night. "Keith has problems with a disc in his neck which just needs to settle."
