Quick-serve group Romayo’s has signed a deal with tech company Boss IT to implement the company’s hospitality management platform across its Irish restaurants.
The deal will see Romayo’s use Boss IT’s technology across its point of sale (POS), inventory management, online ordering systems, driver management and staff scheduling. The new system is expected to deliver cost savings and speed up processes for the group.
Dario Macari, operations director of Romayo’s Diner Group, said the new system had enabled the company to up its online game.

Boss IT’s products are built in-house and are easy to use, feature-rich and tailored to the specific business needs of the hospitality industry, streamlining operations and improving customer service. That in turn can lead to increased revenues for its clients. A range of marketing tools can also be used to attract customers, and it offers support and training services to customers for its products.
