Lunchtime
Michael McGrath takes to his feet in the Dáil for his speech, to be followed by Paschal Donohoe. As well as the live blog, we will bring you a rolling summary of the main points and highlights as they emerge. We will also be live streaming the speeches on our Budget 2023 site.
