A fine Georgian house at 35 Merrion Square is quoting €1.9 million through Lisney.

This comes hot on the heels of Colliers International putting numbers 46 and 47 (and their mews buildings) on the market at €12 million last week.

Number 35, at the corner with Mount Street Lower and close to Holles Street hospital, was previously occupied by Croskerrys Solicitors which specialises in debt collection and recovery. The practice has now moved to 2-4 Ely Place in Dublin 2.

According to the agent, the four-storey over basement property needs decorative work to bring it to a lettable standard where it could secure about €484-€538 per sq m (€45-€50 per sq ft).
