Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, the successful candidate will provide customer care support for our Home Delivery Customers, Digital Subscribers and Readers.

Our Customer Care Team deals with a broad range of queries from deliveries and payments to the set up of and basic trouble shooting for digital accounts. The person appointed will be required to communicate with customers, both inbound and outbound, by phone, email and social media.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a fast paced customer service role.  A natural communicator, s/he will demonstrate a history of taking a proactive approach to resolving customer queries.  Excellent organisation skills and strong knowledge of the Microsoft suite are essential for this role.
