Marketing Executive

The Irish Times, Ireland’s leading independent quality news publisher, wishes to recruit a Marketing Executive.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic publisher and be involved in the promotion of The Irish Times across all platforms and to assist in the development and execution of brand strategy and marketing campaigns. The key focus of the role is to build audience engagement and increase readership of The Irish Times.

The role will involve promoting The Irish Times across all platforms and assisting in the development and execution of brand strategy and marketing campaigns using both traditional and digital media.  Working closely with the Head of Marketing, the person appointed will develop, manage and implement marketing plans including brand, corporate sponsorship, events and promotions.

A relevant 3rd level qualification, strong brand marketing knowledge and hands-on experience across all of the key marketing functions are essential for this role.  The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organisation, interpersonal and communications skills, have great attention to detail and the capacity to multi-task and succeed in a fast moving environment.
