“We are pleased to see colleagues rise through the ranks and continue their journeys in RSM Ireland, and we are excited to welcome an additional six partners and directors who bring a wealth of expertise and innovation to what we offer clients.
“There is no doubt that the coming months will be challenging given economic and political uncertainty,” Glennon says, “so we continue to develop and equip ourselves with strong consultancy, accounting and auditing arms in the business.”
Since remote working became a reality for many businesses in 2020, RSM Ireland recognised the long-term benefits for the team and continues to make this flexibility a priority. With the adoption of a long-term hybrid working approach for all staff, more than 45 per cent of staff are now based outside of Dublin, across the country.
RSM Ireland continues to hire across all units, from graduate to director level. Talent experience will continue to be a focus in 2022 as investment in new talent, learning and development serve as key areas of focus. RSM Ireland’s graduate programmes include Audit, Tax and Consulting.
As well as a supportive learning environment, hybrid working and an impressive national and international client portfolio, graduates also have a wealth of opportunities upon completion, as RSM Ireland is part of the RSM International Network of 123 countries.
