Since March 2020, Pendulum has hosted two summits, Pendulum Virtual, a fully online experience during the midst of the pandemic, and Pendulum Unbreakable, Pendulum’s first hybrid event, in Dublin in April of 2022. “Our Summit in April was a great initial step to returning to in-person, but 2023 is on track to be our first full return since before the pandemic,” says CEO Frankie Sheahan.

This year’s summit embraces the theme of Fuelling Peak Performance and Holistic Wellbeing, covering key areas including Mental Resilience, High Performance, Purpose & Passion, Relationships, and Leadership, offering delegates an inclusive and unique experience.

In other recent news, Pendulum announced its new partnership with No. 1 job site in the world, Indeed. “We’re exceptionally excited to see what new opportunities and doors this partnership opens for both Indeed and Pendulum,” says Sheahan.
