The Aldi graduate area manager programme has been carefully developed to provide graduates with a thorough understanding of not only our store operations, but how the wider business ‘knits’ together to become the international brand that our people and customers trust.
On the 12-month graduate area manager programme, you’ll gain a well-rounded view of how we do things at Aldi to become part of our growing talented area manager team. The combination of on-the-job training and soft skills training will equip you with the necessary skills to achieve your potential as an area manager. Graduates receive incredible support, with a dedicated mentor and regular one-to-one sessions with talented, knowledgeable and supportive colleagues. Graduates are further supported by the director team to ensure their ongoing development and success, not only through the 12-month programme, but throughout their Aldi career.

To be eligible for our graduate area manager programme you'll need a minimum of:
- 2:1 in any degree discipline
- An Irish driving licence
- The right to work in Ireland
What Aldi will offer you:
- €61,000 starting salary (that will rise in stages to €102,850)
