A DEVELOPER has paid £6.6 million for two Dublin office investments

A DEVELOPER has paid £6.6 million for two Dublin office investments. It is believed to be one of the biggest office investment deals this year. Mr Sean Reilly bought Iveagh Court in Harcourt St and 65-66 Lr Mount St.

The money was paid for all the shares in the company which holds the properties. It also has the benefit of substantial rental losses.

The vendor is Aranas, a Swedish company which is selling one other property in its Irish portfolio. It is Europa House, a large modern office building at the top of Harcourt Street.

Hamilton Osborne King, which acted for the vendor in the other two investments, is quoting £8.75 million for the building.

Gunne estate agents acted for Mr Reilly, who has developed several schemes including the Malahide Marina and an office development at Hogan Place, Dublin.
