A publication aimed at providing enterprise organisations with the information to provide entrepreneur-support services was launched yesterday by the North Dublin Consortium, a group of three partnership companies. "We found that individuals from an unemployed background wishing to set up a business were experiencing problems.

"This programme developed from the need to provide appropriate business mentoring for clients," the group, made up of Ballymun, Finglas/Cabra and Northside partnerships, stated.
