AIB has introduced a website for car buyers, www.aib.ie/cars, which includes an online loan application facility.

The site has a motoring cost calculator to help people calculate the average monthly running costs of their car including fuel costs, car tax, insurance costs and the average monthly depreciation on the vehicle.

There are 1,125 new car types on offer to Irish motorists from 31 worldwide manufacturers and the site lists the price of every new car on the market.
