Howth-based travel software firm Datalex has announced that Atraxis, a wholly owned subsidiary of the SAirGroup of Switzerland, has taken a "substantial minority stake" in Datalex.

It is understood the firm has taken between a 5 and 10 per cent stake in Datalex, although a spokesperson for the company would not confirm details of the deal. The SAirGroup is the holding company of Swissair.
