Trintech Group, which provides secure electronic payment infrastructure solutions, has unveiled a new online fraud reduction product.

PayWare Guardian encompasses a range of security modules that verify cardholder identity and that authenticates their transactions, according to Trintech. It is designed to support card numbers and real-time authorisation verification for users.

The new product will reduce the incidence and cost of fraud, as well as online privacy exposure risks, Trintech said.
