Staffware, the British software group listed on the FTSE 250, will open a technical support and sales office in Dublin today to target companies in the Republic with its customer relationship management software. The group is investing £1 million (€1.27 million) to build its presence in the Republic and is recruiting between six to 10 staff in the short term to handle sales and technical support.
Staffware's software automates and controls the business processes of companies, reducing paperwork and costs while improving productivity and customer satisfaction.
The company is projecting Irish sales to be worth £1 million this year and will invest at least this amount to build the business.
