MS Anne O'Leary becomes marketing manager with C & C Ireland after leaving a position as brand manager with Murphy Brewery.
Meanwhile, Ms Rowena Breen, becomes general trade marketing manager with Tennents Ireland. She joins the company from MPM Marketing Project Management where she was account manager.
Bank of Ireland has appointed Ms Fiona Keating as product manager for savings and investments. She joins from Seven Seas Healthcare where she was product manager. She previously worked with Premier Dairies and Colet International.
The budget hotel group, Choice Hotels Ireland, which currently has 19 hotels open or under construction, has made three appointments.
Mr Frankie Whelehan, previously manager of Quality Hotels and Suites and Morrisons Island in Cork, becomes general manager of the company.
Mr Peter Brennan becomes group operations manager, while Ms Joanne O'Flynn becomes sales and marketing manager. She previously worked with the Jurys Group as sales manager of its hotel in Waterford.
Chubb Ireland, the security systems firm, has made Mr Tim Cummins its new group managing director. Mr Cummins has held senior management positions in Wang, Borland, Visio and, most recently, Walsh Western, the logistics company. Chubb Ireland is owned by the Williams Group, the security company quoted in London.
Mr Dave Deighan becomes development director of David Allen Outdoor Advertising. He joins from Guinness Ireland where he was point-of-sale marketing manager.
Mr Raymond Ellard has become chief specialist, environmental health, with the Food Safety Authority of Ireland. He joins from the Department of Health and Children, where he was chief environmental health officer.
Mr Pat O'Mahony becomes chief specialist, veterinary public health, with the authority. He previously worked with South Dublin County Council and Smithkline Beecham.
Rigney Dolphin Recruitment has appointed Mr Fergal Hartley as senior recruitment consultant in its Waterford office. Mr Hartley previously worked as production manager with Bausch & Lomb in the city.
Mr Patrick O'Reilly has been appointed managing director, Reuters Ireland, with responsibility for the company's sales and marketing activities, technical support, finance and administration.
The sports division of Slattery Public Relations has appointed Mr Malachi Quinn as account executive and Mr Diarmaid Murphy as account manager.
