Capital Bars plc, the operator of bars and restaurants, has acquired the business and assets of Planet Hollywood for £1.35 million (€1.71 million), the consideration to be funded from existing facilities. The acquisition, which is subject to landlord's consent, comprises the leasehold interest in the Planet Hollywood premises at St Stephen's Green, Dublin, for 25 years from July 1997, at an annual rent of £351,000 with reviews every five years.
