The California-based Irish Technology Leadership Group yesterday co-hosted a panel discussion as part of Social Media Day, the global online event to promote networking.

San Jose also became the first US city to declare yesterday Social Media Day, while Dublin did the same via a proclamation signed by new Lord Mayor Andrew Montague.
