A mid-terrace Georgian office building let on a short term lease to a legal firm at 5 Mount Street Crescent, Dublin 2, has come on the market through DNG chartered surveyors at a guide price of €1.2 million.

The 222sq m (2,390sq ft) building is in good condition and is let to solicitors Doherty Ryan & Associates on a four years and nine months lease which expires in February, 2016. They are paying a rent of €50,000 per annum for the house, a mews building at the rear used for storage, and five car parking spaces.

Seamus Ryan of DNG says whoever buys the house may consider converting it to residential use once the lease runs out.
