CBRE is quoting €1.35m for 60 acres at Cherryhound, Kilshane, Co Dublin, which is to be sold on the instructions of receiver Tom Kavanagh of kavanaghfennell. The land is off the N2/N3 link road, 12km from the city and near several business parks including Northwest and Rosemount. About 16 acres are zoned for general enterprise and employment under the Fingal development plan. The remaining 44 acres are designated "rural amenity".

CBRE is also quoting €250,000 for a residential site of 0.9 acres at Main St, Tallaght and €150,000 for an infill site of 0.33 acres at Ballynakelly Court in Newcastle, Co Dublin.
