With many Dublin housebuilders gearing up to re-enter the construction market, DTZ Sherry FitzGerald expects strong interest in a well-located development site on the Old Navan Road in Castleknock, Dublin 15.
Collette Mulroy of DTZ is guiding €1.5 million for the site of just under one acre with full planning permission for 37 apartments.
The permission provides for the demolition of two houses on site, one a detached bungalow known as Small Acre and the other, the former Auburn Guesthouse.
The site has Brady’s motor showrooms on either side and is located about one kilometre from Castleknock village, one of the most popular residential locations in north-west Dublin.
