House builders looking for a good development opportunity are likely to focus their attention on the forthcoming sale of a detached house with planning permission for three further houses at Quarry Road in Rathmichael, Co Dublin.

Turley Property Advisors are quoting €2.2 million for El Dorado, a 274sq m (2,950sq ft) house with a three car garage on a site of over 2.25 acres. It is ideally located in the heart of Rathmichael and has dual frontage on to Quarry Road and Ferndale Road.

The three contemporary style houses planned for the site will have a floor area of 400sq m (4,305sq ft) and separate detached garages. The houses feature floor to ceiling windows and two outdoor terraces at ground level which can be accessed from the living, diningroom or utility room.

The planning permission for the three houses has been extended to August, 2018. Turley say there is also potential to develop a fourth houses on site.
