CBRE IS quoting €2,350,000 for the former Kingsley transport centre at Broombridge, Dublin 11, which is to be sold on behalf of receiver Tom Kavanagh of Kavanagh Fennell.
The centre has a variety of buildings with a gross area of 6,362sq m (68,841sq ft) on a site of 1.42 hectares (3.5 acres)
Jarlath Lynn of CBRE says the units are priced competitively. He will also consider leasing the buildings at a rent of €200,000, equating to €35 per sq m (€3 per sq ft).
