Savills is seeking offers of more than €200,000 for a site of 1.17 acres adjacent to Tramore, Co Waterford.

Located off the Summerville roundabout on the Waterford-Tramore road, about half the site has planning permission for a petrol filling station with ancillary facilities as well as a convenience store.

A four-bedroom house in need of renovation is on the remainder of the site.
