€3.25m for former steel plant

Savills is seeking €3.25 million for the former McArthur Steel plant at the M50 Business Park in Ballymount, south Dublin.

The building extends to 5,147sq m (55,402sq ft) including about 354sq m (3,810sq ft) of ground-floor offices.

There is a clear internal height of 7.3m and loading access via three ground-level roller shutter doors.

The building stands on a site of 1.82 hectares (4.5 acres) allowing for a significant level of further
expansion
