RETAIL:A former AIB branch office, left, at 224 228 Lower Rathmines Road, Dublin 6, is for sale through DTZ Sherry FitzGerald at a guide price of €3.75 million.

The two-storey building has been used as a training centre of late and will inevitably be turned back into a retail unit when it is sold. It has a total floor area of 329sq m (3,541sq ft) over two levels and is located along a busy stretch of Rathmines Road.

Two ATMs at the front of the building will apparently be moved by the bank and one of them will be installed at the side so as not to block the remodelling of the front facade.

Andrew Sherry of DTZ says the building has sufficient floor space to attract quality and a variety of retailers.
