€350,000 for shop

Agents Bannon are quoting in excess of €350,000 for a Victorian retail investment at 22 Drury Street, Dublin 2.

The red brick building extends to 69.8 s q m (751 sq ft) and is partly occupied by make up artist Ken Boylan on a short term lease with a current passing rent of €24,500 .

There is a separate entrance to the upper floors which are currently vacant but in turn key condition.

This will be the fourth sale handled by Bannon on the street in the past 18 months.
