RedevelopmentSite:A ready-to-go site for 24 apartments at Mount Brown in Kilmainham, Dublin 8, is expected to sell for around €4.25 million when it goes to tender on May 16th.
CB Richard Ellis is handling the sale of the site in an area which has seen much redevelopment in recent years.
The planning permission provides for 14 two-bedroom apartments of 71-86sq m (764-929sq ft), five two-bedroom duplex units of 77-97sq m (829-1,044sq ft), two one-bedroom homes of 46-50sq m (495-538sq ft), two four-bed duplex apartments of 120sq m (1,292sq ft) and one three-bed apartment of 93sq m (1,001sq ft).
