Agent Quinn Agnew is quoting in excess of €4.8 million for Monkstown Crescent, right, a well-established restaurant and commercial district in Monkstown, Co Dublin, which is to be sold by private treaty.

The complex was developed in 1992 and is let to a number of top class tenants including Spar, Xtravision, Little Venice and Waterford Stanley. The current rent of €217,000 is due be increased once the Waterford Stanley rent has been reviewed. Further rent reviews are due in 2006 and 2007. Quinn Agnew is quoting over €4.8 millin for the entire complex or two lot sizes at €3.35 million and €1.5 million.
