Knight Frank is quoting a rent of €532.80 a sq m (€49.50 a sq ft) for office space and €3,750 for a car-parking space at a new office block taking shape at Fitzwilliam Court on Leeson Street in Dublin.

The new block, which is due for completion in April, will include 3,716sq m (40,000sq ft) of space and 30 car-parking spaces.

It can also be let in its entirety or on a floor-by-floor basis with floor plates typically ranging from 557-743sq m (6,000-8,000sq ft), which are suitable for open-plan and cellular layouts.

Fitzwilliam Court was previously home to technology giant Siemens and will now boast an impressive new reception area, extending to 186sq m (2,000 sq ft).

There will also be bicycle parking on site, together with new shower and changing facilities, and state-of-the-art air conditioning.
