Development Land:A 58-acre site which has extensive frontage onto the N9 at Crookstown in Timolin, Co Kildare will be auctioned on October 2nd.

Lisney is quoting an AMV of €2.2 million for the land which is agricultural and situated between Ballitore and Moone.

Around 64kms from Dublin, the site is also 16kms north of Carlow and is close to the border with Wicklow. Its accessibility will improve further after the completion of the M9 which will connect to the existing motorway at Kilcullen.

The land is in tillage but, according to Lisney, offers the potential for residential development subject to obtaining the necessary planning permission and consents. It has around 370 metres of frontage onto the Dublin/Waterford route and is accessed through two agricultural entrances. The River Greese cuts through the rear of the property close to the western boundary.
