OfficeMarket:A good volume of space in one off the best located high-spec office buildings in Dublin city centre has come on the market through agent Finnegan Menton.
The agency is seeking a tenant for 2,573sq m (27,700sq ft) in Beaux Lane House immediately behind the St Stephen's Green shopping centre at Mercer Street, Dublin 2.
Nicholas Corson of Finnegan Menton is quoting a rent of €618 per sq m (€57.50 per sq ft) for the space which is to be vacated next month by Dunnes Stores when it relocates to its newly completed headquarters in South Great George's Street.
Beaux Lane House was built over four years ago by a subsidiary company of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Leading accountants and financial advisers BDO Simpson Xavier occupy the top four floors of the building which features a handsome central atrium with glass wall climber lifts and double height entrance lobby.
The 10,219 sq m (110,000 sq ft) building is only a few minutes walk from Grafton Street and the Luas terminus on St Stephen's Green. There is on-site car parking and the block is beside two further car-parks with more than 1,100 spaces in the St Stephen's Green centre and the adjoining building owned by the College of Surgeons.
