Dublin 1:Hooke & MacDonald is seeking €700,000 for a multi-storey warehouse in need of refurbishment at Hill Street, off North Great George's Street in Dublin 1. There are three buildings in all extending to 2,331sq m (25,100sq ft) which could be converted for use as storage space, leisure centre, wholesale use, dance studios or as an enterprise centre. It is also in a proposed Chinatown district. There is planning permission for 28 apartments and ground floor retail unit.
