BANK of Ireland is planning to lease or sell its former branch office at Pearse Street in Mullingar following the recent relocation of its operation to Oliver Plunkett Street.
John Swarbigg of Savills is quoting a selling price of €750,000 for the building which is on a busy shopping stretch directly opposite Market Square.
It dates from 1860 and has a floor area of 684sq m (6,238sq ft) over three floors. The ground floor is particularly spacious, extending to 474sq m (5,100sq ft) over three floors. There is a separate access to the upper floors, allowing each floor to be let separately. There is also a large car park at the rear.
