WITH THE CONTINUED growth of the company and an increase in staff numbers, Allianz Worldwide Care has rented additional office space at Park West Business Park off the M50 in Dublin.

The international health insurer has leased an additional 2,050sq m (22,066 sq ft) next to two other blocks where it is already occupying 4,400sq m (47,361sq ft). The headline rent for the latest lease is €107 per sq m (€10 per sq ft).

Allianz Worldwide Care currently employs 490 people in Park West and 580 worldwide, representing an increase of 30 per cent over the past year.

James Nugent of Lisney acted for Allianz, while Ian Campbell of Lambert Smith Hampton advised the landlord.
