Alpack Ltd, one of the leading suppliers of packaging in the UK and Europe, has opened a new 700 sq m premises at Three Rock Road in Sandyford Industrial Estate in south Dublin. Tony Leonard, managing director of Alpack, says that the terms of the new lease will be of great benefit to the company and enable them to provide a highly efficient service to their customers in Ireland and across Europe.

The building was let on a long term lease with a substantial rent free period and break options. Lisney, who acted for Alpack, would not confirm the rent but industry souces suggested that it is around €50,000 per annum.
